I got 2 kids pizzas for my children they sent me bread with tomato sauce I’m very frustrated then when I go to call restraint no one will answer that’s bs paying schlotskys prices for bread and tomato sauce I could’ve gotten a pizza cheaper at little ceasers and it least it would’ve been edible!!!!

Awful service. Walked in and ordered to go and waited almost 20 min for a to go order. No one was in store when we placed our order. Ridiculous. Won’t be stopping here again.

We eat here all the time but is progressively getting worse. The food is delicious and I have no complaints with it. Their drive thru? AWFUL!!!! It is almost always at LEAST a 5 minute wait for them to get to the speaker to take your order. Today, we sat behind a truck for 10 minutes while he waited for the opportunity to give his order. We then finally get to the order box and they don’t say hello ease wait a moment, nothing. We sat there another 10 minutes waiting to give our order. My husband even said hello a couple times and NOTHING! We finally gave up and went somewhere else. There was a line of cars behind us that I feel sorry for. We absolutely love eating their food but may have to give it up if this type of service continues.
P.S. - There were only 2 cars parked at the restaurant so they were not crazy busy. Why does it always take them so long to take our orders?!

Took 18 minutes to get our meal for 3 people only to find out that they didn't have potato soup. I asked the lady when they found that out and she said oh about 5 minutes ago. paid extra for adding turkey only to find I didn't get that either.

Only able to find one table in the restaurant that was clean, the bathroom trash was overflowing, my avocado turkey sandwich came without any avocado, and I don't know how they managed to mess up the broccoli cheese soup but it just wasn't good only ate half of it. I usually love Schlotzsky's but this place needs some owner attention!

Passing through Lufkin & stopped for quick meal. Had the original and it was good. Bread was fresh. Service quick. Clean dining area.
My husband and I stopped by for lunch today. I hardly recognized my Schlotzsky’s original on the plate. Since when does it come with mustard oozing out of bun? The sourdough bun tasted strange also, like it was missing one of its essential ingredients! The taste was flat on the buns of both our sandwiches, and that mustard needs to go! What happened to the special sauce with more of a mayo taste! Needless to say, we will have to eat elsewhere when we have a taste for a sandwich!
