My husband and I stopped by for lunch today. I hardly recognized my Schlotzsky’s original on the plate. Since when does it come with mustard oozing out of bun? The sourdough bun tasted strange also, like it was missing one of its essential ingredients! The taste was flat on the buns of both our sandwiches, and that mustard needs to go! What happened to the special sauce with more of a mayo taste! Needless to say, we will have to eat elsewhere when we have a taste for a sandwich!

I ordered the chicken avocado cobb salad. It was excellent. The presentation of the salad was exceptional. Bread on the side. Dressing was on the side. It had a good fresh taste. I don't know who made it, but it was on a white square plate and had the look of an expensive restaurant salad. This location was very clean. The tea was good. I told the manager how impressed I was. Keep up the good work. We will stop again when traveling this way.

When I walked in there was nobody at all in the lobby and no one at the counter. There was loud rap music playing from someone’s phone and I heard cussing and giggling from the back. After a few minutes she appeared and took my order. There was not one other person there. Fifteen minutes later after I finished my chips and drink I gathered my trash and waited again at the register another very rude girl asked if I needed anything. When I told her that I just needed my sandwich to go, I had run out of time before church. She said “ chill out. We been making pizzas all day”. She then swung around with a some kind of sandwich with four slices of ham on it. Then said “ I hope you have a nice day” while she was snickering

I absolutely love the food but the service in the evening is subpar at best. I don't understand why if you close at 9 your doors are locked at 8. This makes for a 20 minute wait in the drive thru just to pick an in app order. Once I got up to the window and the young man asked if I was picking up for someone else and then wandered around looking for my order which I could see from my vehicle. As he looked there were a couple of other young men standing and talking to the young man that was supposed to be getting my order together. This is not the first time that we've been there within an hour to an hour and a half before closing and it is always the same type of problems. I understand working in food service, I've done it. I think that no matter the job there should be standards and customer service should be front and center. It is sadly not the case here. Again the food is delicious, the service in the evening leaves a lot to be desired.
Your sweet service worker tried to clarify my order at the drive thru - a sandwich with hot sauce and red pepper on the side. We eventually decided to clarify the red pepper question at the window. I thought we were in the clear but she sent me home with bell peppers on my sandwich (how I like it), hot sauce packets AND a side of red bell peppers (rather than the crushed red bell pepper packets you guys have). It certainly wasn’t what I was looking for but I can’t help but to smile that she was willing to fulfill such a request.

They have a great quality of food and their burgers soo juicy and delicious!! I especially lovee the Fiesta Chicken sandwich burger with the added Avocado. Any Turkey or the Chicken sandwiches to be honest ?
The food is really good when it’s made right but that’s not usually the case. I’d like to use the app but the 3 times I’ve tried since I’ve downloaded it there’s been issues that no one at the restaurant can explain that prevent me from placing an order. So we go through the drive through but more often than not you have to pull up to the window because no one will answer you on the intercom. Today I tried to place an order on the app using one of my rewards but it says it’s unable to process the request. So I try to call to figure out why but no one will answer. I called 4 times. Then when I ask someone to go up there for me and just go through the drive through, they can’t get any service. After waiting at the speaker for several minutes, they pulled up to the window and waited there also. Then they texted me to tell me that they could see people inside but no one would help them. Even the person picking up the food said “they do this a lot.” I called again and got an answer. I explained the past issues and the one today. When I asked Cassandra about it she blamed the entirety of it on having one persons headset go down even though other employees were looking at them through the window and not helping them. I asked about not answering the phone and why they were just watching them through the window and she replied, angrily, “well someones over there talking to them now so can I help you?” The food is good but it isn’t worth the fight it takes to get it. If you want an overpriced sandwich then stick to subway instead of waiting 20 minutes for one to be made wrong here.

Customer service was great. But the store is dirty. No one is doing their side work. Every table was dirty. Booths were dirty. bottles of hot sauce were filthy. Drink machine table looked liked it had not been cleaned in weeks . Made me wonder what the back looked like. Sandwich was good tho.
