Waited for 18 minutes to get our mobile order - lg chocolate shake and lg root beer. Chocolate shake wasn't even mixed up and stuff all over the outside of the cup. No napkins either. Luckily we carry some. Won't go to this one again

I’m not mad, just really disappointed. They forgot my sundae, my ice cream wasn’t even filled to the top, and the tater tots were soggy and tasted old. I was really looking forward to this treat, but it just felt like no care was put into the order. Hoping for better I really enjoy sonic so hopefully it gets better

Customer service has most definitely improved at this location. The lady was super nice! My wife’s Dr Pepper did taste a little old but my strawberry limeade was very good.

This place is the worst sonic in existence and is still finding a way to go even further downhill, workers are rude and seem to hate this place even more than the customers, food is room temp at best, blasts barely have anything other than vanilla ice cream (as in the cookie dough/candy is only on top and there's not even enough for a handful when you order double on the biggest size they have) just shut this place down and fire everyone there, DO NOT RELOCATE THEM
Cold burger, grease that cooked the fries had to be 6 weeks old. Asked for Mayo and got ketchup. One look at who works there and you can figure out why the palace is a failure

Don't come here. They do not care about your food, their self image, or customer service. Food was good but I'm sure that's because they can at least operate a grill timer. Downright awful service.
Was not issued a refund after I was told my food couldn't because made? Then as I sat waiting for an explanation the lights cut off around messing and people got in their cars and left. Pathetic. These people are better off unemployed.
