Ordered a blt and was brought a bec. She was nice and took it back but came back with the same sandwich they just dumped the egg and the outer edge of cheese was still there ?♀️I wasn’t risking sending it back.

I never got to order. Pulled into a spot, pressed the red button for service and proceeded to wait. I sat for 10 minutes in the heat without anyone even speaking to me. Drive thru was moving along great, but that was it. I finally got tired of waiting and left. I love Sonic but I'm not returning to this location ever again.

Ordered on the app and there was no option to add BBQ sauce on my burger so I requested BBQ sauce packets but was denied the BBQ sauce with my order. I still tipped the lady for being honest with me. Either fix the app or reevaluate your management.

This drive-in reminds me of the television comedy series "Happy Day's". Unfortunately the roller skates are a thing of the past at most I've visited. For ease of exiting, I pulled into a parking place on the isle opposite the building. These order stations do not work so I accepted the inconvenience and pulled into a spot on the isle behind me. Ordering was quick. Delivery was quicker, and the car hop was friendly. The ability to pay with your card at the ordering kiosk provides an efficient way to pay. The burger quality I believe rivals Whataburger and with a cheaper price. Unlike Whataburger I'm in and out if there in a jiffy.
Parking: Not all parking stations have an order kiosk that works.
Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is not a dine in facility Eat in your car or order to go. This facility design does not require a handicap capped entrance. No handicap parking is needed.

More stars would be given but seems like the payment terminals are always down, and some of the menu boards are down too. They don't have them marked off so you don't waste your time driving up to one only to discover it's out of order.
