Over staffed for how mid the coffee was Ordered a frappe,they took a long time to make because they were all talking together..gave me the frappe….. it was literally just milk and whipped cream Had them remake and in front of me mocked my request and begrudgingly remade it exactly the same. I don’t care if they spat in it It’s the attitude they served that sucked the most It was a stupid drink for a stupid price served with an annoyed employee $6 soooo mid

The worker was snappy and rude for no reason. Got confused with my order, repeated it twice but still got an attitude with me. Laci needs to be retrained. I usually don’t call out people by name but the experience was horrendous, especially if you’re being courteous about it.

Only thing I can say bad is Google said it has a drive thru, it doesn't. But Everytime I go there the staff is friendly and the product is great. Having worked for this location years ago I'm glad to see the standards are still in place.

So I traded my mom today to Starbucks and target and it was the worst experience ever because she asked for a mocha Frappuccino and she said extra mocha and the woman had a sarcastic attitude saying to her coworker extra I give her extra extra. She said she wants extra so we’re gonna give her extra, but this isn’t what she meant. It was so much extra. It started over filling the glass so they had to put another one underneath it so I recommend you not go to this one and go to the one by Murphy’s or Walmart.

Terrible experience today! I ordered a hot oleato golden foam first she made it cold then I told her no it's hot. I got it very lukewarm. I Don't know what the girl made but I never tasted anything SO TERRIBLE! WORST Starbucks in town

I was not greeted. I ordered a Frappuccino which is what I like. The girls working started talking very loudly behind me about MY drink. “Frappuccino isn’t even real coffee, it’s literally calories, it’s so nasty” Didn’t bother to let me know my order was ready either so I was waiting cluelessly while they gossiped loudly about other girls. Very rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming.
