Terrible experience today! I ordered a hot oleato golden foam first she made it cold then I told her no it's hot. I got it very lukewarm. I Don't know what the girl made but I never tasted anything SO TERRIBLE! WORST Starbucks in town

I was not greeted. I ordered a Frappuccino which is what I like. The girls working started talking very loudly behind me about MY drink. “Frappuccino isn’t even real coffee, it’s literally calories, it’s so nasty” Didn’t bother to let me know my order was ready either so I was waiting cluelessly while they gossiped loudly about other girls. Very rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming.

The product is inconsistent. I switch up my drink order from time to time but for the most part I order the same thing.Sometimes I visit and my drink is the best drink ever, only to visit again and it's a waste of money. Again, preparation of the products are inconsistent. But I gave this location 4 stars because the employees are great and customer service is good.

I was waiting in line and they had to close the shop because there was only one girl working and she needed to take a lunch break at 3:30, even though she had been there since 10 am. There were several people that had to leave. Starbucks lost a lot of money because of this. We will not go back to this Starbucks. They are completely unorganized and have terrible service.
