They don't know how to make espresso! I returned it and finally threw it in the trash. The girl with red hair has a hard time giving the code to the toilet door. I paid for the coffee that I threw in the trash. Because Starbucks is trash because they like people who are not dressed for that job they only know how to pour ice and milk Coffee zero rating

It's the really bad place en pIt is the worst Starbucks in Lufkin in terms of staff and customer service. I was a frequent customer but I won't be one anymore. I’m not one to really write reviews, especially for common stores like a Starbucks, But this morning I stopped before my hair appointment and I was shocked! The service was AMAZING! The staff were extremely friendly, very kind and helpful! The energy was just amazing from the start! It really gave me a good boost for my day!

I ordered my drink on the app, and my husband ordered his in store. He explained to the Barista that neither order was made the way we ordered, and instead of fixing the problem she wanted to argue saying they were made correctly. We will be calling customer service tomorrow to complain as it's already almost 8:30 PM.
Coffee options are a cut above. Their breakfast sandwiches are very good. Highly recommend the egg, pesto and mozzarella sandwich.
