We normally order in the app and go through the drive thru, yesterday we decided to go inside. The sign on the outside says some about making a place where everyone feels welcome(something to that effect). This is not at all how we felt when we walked in. There were two baristas behind the counter and at no time did they greet us or say anything to us. We stood there about 4 minutes before a girl came out of the back and took our order. This has got to be the best Starbucks. Several employees called me by name while I was there. Even after I was walking to my car on the sidewalk, I was personally thanked (using my name) by the store manager who happened to be outside. Then, on my next visit I walked in and the manager remembered my name again and greeted me!
