I always come to this subway and if you dont watch them make your sandwiche they will short you on the meat. Has happened multiple times. I pay extra for more and its a waste of money cause they dont even give you a regular amount.

I am truly shocked and disappointed by what happened at this Subway location. My friend and his mom were hungry, and like many families right now, money is tight. He went in to pick up their food and tried to pay with a valid coupon and $10 in rolled coins. Instead of showing understanding or basic kindness, the staff refused to take his coins, even though coins are legal U.S. currency. Things escalated to the point where law enforcement was called on him, and he was even given a verbal trespass warning… all because he was trying to pay for food for his family. Thankfully, a kind stranger stepped in and paid for their meal, but the treatment he received from the Subway staff was unacceptable, humiliating, and completely unnecessary. No one should be treated that way for simply trying to buy food… especially during hard economic times. Because of this experience, I will never return to this Subway, and I hope the management takes a serious look at how their customers are being treated.

"I specifically asked for a 6 inch on the freshest piece of Italian herb and cheese bread." The employee who made my sandwich was friendly and did make it the way I wanted but was very shiesty with the ingredients. I paid

Woman who waited on me, "Kim" acted like she'd rather be doing anything else but make me a sandwich. Fountain drink machine was out of order. Got to my office and found no napkins with my meal.

Stopped by, recently. Ordered the "Titan Turkey" What I was given was barely turkey flavored, and in no way 'Titan'. Mainly all I could taste was bread, and mayo. With a few hints of cheese and the occasional veggie.
I'd only noticed one other customer's sandwich being made, and assumed it to be 'as ordered'. As in, maybe 5 jalapenos, less than a dozen onion fragments.
After eating mine, it was apparant that they are being beyond stingy with any toppings.
I didn't order flavored bread. What was advertised, and what was delivered were distinctly different things.

I made an online order and it wasn’t ready until 10min after it was suppose to be. When the lady working finally gave me my bag she only gave me half of my order and when I pointed it out to her she was rude and grabbed the other bag and was trying to hurry me off. When I looked in one of my bags I noticed that there was an empty bag just in there so I grabbed it and realized one of my orders (footlong churro) was just laying on the other food. I am extremely upset and disappointed. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY!

Friendly, respectful lady name:Teresa she did great helping and working on the subway’s but even though she was by herself, she had great attitude! Need more workers like her. Also, whenever the manager came in, she had bad attitude and treated Teresa badly (she embarrassed her in front of the customers).
Ordered online figured it’d be done after a 15 minute drive. Come to find out my order wasn’t worked on and seeing two workers working on one sandwich with three customers in front of me who had an online order.Online order isn’t worth it.
