Came in after the gym and was met with unwarranted attitude from both women at the counter. It’s disappointing to be judged based on appearance instead of being treated with basic courtesy. Maybe they were intimidated, maybe just rude. Either way, not my problem. Do better. This place would benefit from hiring staff who understand professionalism and respect. Under no circumstances am I going back there.

I tried picking up a mobile order. I stood at the register being ignored by staff. I was trying to ask about picking up my order. Instead they told customer to cut in front of me. All while never saying a word to me!!

While the service is great every time I go, the manager or someone needs to keep the restaurant staffed with more than one person. The last few times I’ve been the manager isn’t even there apparently. How do you care about your workers SO little when they obviously do SO much?

Two times I’ve ordered a pizza sub on the app and it’s made terrible with MUSTARD on my sandwich both times when I asked for ranch and one time they put jalepenos on it. It’s almost like it was done intentionally. Imagine biting into a pizza sub and tasting a mouthful of mustard.

WOST Customer service in my life. I placed an order at 3:04 pm. Was supposed to be ready at 3:20 pm and didn't get it until 4:02 pm. They do not apologize and to top it all off, the order given to me wasn't correct

I went there today at 8:50 Tonight there sign says it close at 9:00 pm. They had the doors locked I said hello nobody would acknowledge me. I knocked on the glass there was two workers working at the time closing things up. There was hispanic lady and a younger white guy working. The guy looked up laughed at me and continue closing things up when i knocked on the glass. I work retail and we do not close until it's time to close

We were helped by Mariah and had a bit of a large order, she was kind and patient with us and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, best customer service I've had from a subway. Wishing I lived closer to this location + they weren't out of meatballs like most locations seem to be every time I feel the craving coming on.

This is a one star Subway UNFORTUNATELY, If I were you I would head towards the Subway on Timberland drive and DONT waste your money here. The women that work in the morning are RUDE and never seem to get my sandwich made correctly. When I ask for the proper amount of things on my sandwich I get attitude and told “I need to pay extra”. You work at SUBWAY, you should know that the Mexicali gets 2x the cheese. I shouldn’t have to ask then get charged for it with a side of attitude. All the bread that is made is always hard. I LOVE subway but this is the worst experience on top of the worst customer service. Management should work on the individuals they hire at this location. I only have 2 to choose from living in Lufkin, Tx. I would like the privilege of going to the subway closest to me and get what I ask for with a smile.

Hope you don’t order something complicated like idk anything other than bread. They’re just lazy and rude. At least the night crew always is. So we ordered a very simple sandwich. They close at 9 mind you, so we weren’t customers coming at the last second. We asked for southwestern sauce and in the middle of it the bottle ran out. IN FRONT OF ME SAT A FULL BOTTLE and she looked at me and said “oh, we’re outta that”. Proceeded not to cut it. And I saw where the outline of the bottle it was in fact full. Just lazy.
