Waited 45 minutes for an online order I placed 15 minutes before I got there. I never got my food. When a refund was requested they told me to call customer service to get my money back. So I wasted an hour, got no food, and they still have my money.

Was picking up a doordash order at this place,went to the pick up rack to see if it was my pick up order and employee snatched the bag from me like if i was gonna steal it in front of customers,i was embarrassed and just walked out and unassigned from that order,need to train your employees a little bit better than that

Some girl taking orders at the drive through told me I couldn't order nacho fries with my cravings box and went on a rant on how I needed to order a completely different box instead. This was after I already explained that I wanted a box but a SEPARATE order of the fries. I was charged for them, but realized I didn't even get them once I was home.
