My kids are allergic to milk products and we specifically asked for no cheese on the soft taco's, as we traveled back to warren texas from Jasper texas my oldest said dad there is cheese on the taco's so my youngest who is 8 had already eaten a whole taco so he had to be rushed to the hospital because he was already breaking out with rashes due to being lactose intolerant. So I don't recommend jasper's taco bell if you have children that can't eat certain food you might be at the er like us! $800 later our $30 meal was the worth it!

When I walked in to pick up my order, I felt like I was at a party. There was I’m assuming an off the clock employee, he was wearing a Taco Bell work shirt, just standing on the table. Literally standing on the table… Took about 8 mins for someone to even come to the counter, got my food they forgot my drink, I wasn’t too stressed about that, then went to my car to check if all the food was there….. And surprise, I was missing some food, waited another 10 mins, employees looking right at me… Then the MANAGER had to come around and help, because the kids working were just staring… He was great but why is he the one breaking sweat and everyone else just laughing it up, chilling. Maybe if they weren’t too busy having a Taco Bell party my service would’ve been a whole lot better and I wouldn’t have made a big deal…

Came through on opening day, May 30th. Same crew, same excellent customer service, and same quality food. Just a different location, with a fresh and clean building! 3 years later in 2025 of May, this location hits the spot. 5 stars.
Value meal items are always good for a quick bite. Drive thru is always quick and easy. Please Bring back the Double Decker Taco!!!!!😊😊😊

My food was horrible. I ordered 2 # 6 meals. One meal was supposed to be with meat and cheese only and it all had sour cream on it. My calupas were hard.

This is your typical place where the food comes out quickly and airways tastes the same. Service is decent depending on which crew is working.
Was pretty good, the people seemed nice, I speak low, but they were patient and got my full order anyways. 😂 Completely my fault. Not sure about that atmosphere I was in the drive through.
