I ordered a 12 oz. New York Strip tonight on New Year's Eve. I ordered it medium, when it came out I asked for it to be cooked a tiny bit more. When they brought it out again, she asked me to cut into it. I tried but the entire steak was hard to cut and beyond even being well done. I didn't eat it. I ate mashed potatoes and the salad, that's all. I was really looking forward to a good steak tonight. 😒
Since we are from Maryland, Lufkin was this amazing little town in Texas, with lots of life and people that go about their day, and this place was jam-packed every time we went there
Absolutely wonderful experience. Steak and prime rib were deliciously juicy and cooked to order, the fried mushrooms were heavenly, and the staff were very attentative and super kind. My only complaint is that the au jus was a little salty, but that pales in comparison to the rest of my amazing dining experience. Will return in the future and bring more family!
