From making my reservation to getting in my room a woman named Barbara was hugely helpful. I booked online and managed to book a Friday night when i wanted Saturday night and i couldn't get through the electronic edit so i called her. She fixed it. When i arrived with ebikes that needed indoor storage, she found a home for them in an unused meeting room overnight. We have family in Lufkin and have been staying at the Courtyard Marriott since they opened. They are nicely located near many convenient stores and restaurants. The hotel is nice but the shower/tub had several long hairs on it! There was also a big stain on carpet. Housekeeping needs to be more observant with their cleanliness. . Nice lobby, nice area……… I’m not sure why TripAdvisor wants 200 characters.
