We placed our order online nothing indicated that you were closing early you took our money told me when to pick up my food which was after your closing time and didn’t bother to notify anybody. That is really crappy service

Just left there. Terrible service. I walk in and the lady behind the counter immediately says "it will be 45 minutes" No hello or welcome at all. I had a to go order so I stayed. She handed the bag to me and said "check it before you leave because we aren't responsible for anything once you leave". So my sauces were missing. She argued and said they were at the bottom. They weren't. She was so rude. Then she was walking out the door behind us and we held the door open for her and she didn't even say thank you. The entire experience was so awful. We won't be back.

Only place that was open due to Covid ect. Love the fries. First time trying the Mango Habanero which was really good, and not ever go wrong with the Lemon Pepper.

So upset that our Er nurses and doctors can't even place a order because online ordering is turned off and the phone is off the hook. guess we will have to start using Buffalo Wild wings

Fries always cold and soggy . The customer service is poor . I am a 5"0 120 pound woman and a large male employee aggressively came out to confront me because they wrote the wrong name down for my order (nowhere near my name ) and got angry because I did not know they thought they were calling me to pick up my food for carryout . They berated me in front of the whole restaurant and even asked me to leave after making a big scene that was all their faults . Very disrespectful and threatening . If you go there and they get your order wrong bring pepper spray .

I really like this particular Wingstop. I come here a lot more now that they've expanded and have ample sitting area. Their wings have consistently been super fresh and perfectly cooked. Kudos to the cooks for making them so good across different shifts (lunch, dinner, weekends). Please don't change and I'll keep coming back often. Customer service isn't bad and even though other reviews comment on their service, I haven't noticed anything really bad or worse than the local norm. Just order correctly and simply and you'll be ok. It would be helpful if they added trash cans so we can help toss out our trays when we're done. Overall very satisfied and am a recurring customer. 2019.

We love wing stop. BUT their customer service here is very poor and the manager is very rude. We picked up Wingstop after Christmas shopping and drive home almost 20 miles away...only to find that we were given the WRONG order. I called and was told by the manager that our order was still there and we needed to bring the wrong order back and swap. I told her we had already driven 20 miles home and that coming back would mean another 40 mile round trip. I asked about comping our order and refunding our money and was told it was not their mistake. She said the best she could do would be an extra order of fries. I'm very disappointed in this Wingstop and doubt that we will be back.
