We’ve had Viet Fusion 2 days in a row because it was sooo good! Very fresh, generous portions, and amazing flavor. I highly recommend, and we’ll be back!

Stopped by to try it out... man they rocked out a great meal! Friendly staff and prices are far. Going to be stopping there a lot more now. BTW, when they ask how hot you want it 1-10, 7 is right at the money spot! Anything more would have been to much for me to handle.

Every time I get food here, it's incredible. I've had the Korean Bibimbap and the Thai red curry. Both are delicious, and with the curry they let you choose how spicy it is, the Korean corn dogs are wonderful. So excited to try the Pho next time they come around

i recommend the shrimp curry it was delicious....my daughter prefers the pho soup and the Korean hotdog.....I must try some foods on the menu ❤️❤️

Fantastic food! Great service and friendly!

They follow one simple rule. Make amazing food and then stuff some beef bulgogi in it to seal the deal. The Saigon Dog was the best hotdog I've ever eaten in my life. Period.

This is the best food truck I've ever visited. They have an amazing selection of food and drinks. tlThe customer service is well above par and I will continue to visit them whenever I am able too.

Everything I've tried has been so good! The meats are well seasoned and cooked perfectly, the sauces and broths all have great depth of flavor, and the vegetables are crisp and fresh.

I try something new each time I order. Today was Texas style brisket pho it was delicious. The broth amazing the vegetables fresh and the brisket was fantastic. Please eat here something for everyone. You’ll be glad you tried it. I’m hoping they do so much business so they can open a restaurant in Lufkin.
