We aren’t from Lufkin, but we were in the area on Saturday. I looked up BBQ places and found Wade’s. I can attest that the 5-star reviews are correct! We took home 2 lbs of brisket and a pound of pork ribs, which lasted us for several meals. The brisket was so moist, and the smoke ring/char was amazing. The rib meat fell off the bones. I believe it might’ve been Wade himself who was working at the trailer—I failed to ask…but he was friendly and quick, and the trailer...
