Shut the dining room down almost an hour early. Thanks for that we drove 20 minutes out of the way to come and eat Wendy's and take a bathroom break.And cash only? What's up with that?Made this while sitting in drive thru.Got our food. Chili was cold. Burgers were both cold and had hard buns. What horrible leadership this franchise must have. Whoever runs this place should be ashamed of themselves and need to give the girl at the window a U.A. cause she was methed up.

False advertising " our fries are always hot" total HOOEY. The ONLY thing colder the my fries last night was my iced tea. This year Wendy's offered "strawberry frosties, and peppermint frosties". During the two months these were offered their machine was broken. Too bad it is the ONLY Wendy's in lufkin.
