I went thru the drive thru at the Whataburger on N. Timberland Drive in Lufkin , Tx and I was very very very disappointed I spent like $17.00 and that's kind of expensive for one person meal that absolutely sucked ! My hamburger bun was old and it tasted old. I took two bites and that was enough for me . The fries were cold so automatically no good . Nice restaurant but services is poor. The employees to much talking and don't pay atencion..I'm waiting my food in side for 15 minutes

Got 2 double meat burgers what a meal dry to go. Lady ask if wanted cheese said no. Got home both burgers had cheese and fries were hard only love minutes away. Had to go back to exchange the order and get burgers without cheese. The burgers that replaced the ones with cheese were smashed, the buns were like 1/4 -3/8 inch thick and wet and gooey inside the tomatoes, lettuce. Pickles and onions were gooey and slimy.
