I don’t have any expectations when I go to a fast food restaurant, except for it to be semi fast. I went through the drive through at breakfast and me plus the three cars in front waited 30 plus minutes to get our food. Also, my honey butter chicken biscuit was a honey butter chicken nugget biscuit with a tiny nugget in between a biscuit. Don’t go here, but if you do check your bag before leaving.

They were super fast, labeled each meal for us, which was great, I didn't have to dig around bags and try to figure out which meal belonged to each person.
This location is interesting... You'll either encounter a staff that is friendly and very pleasant, or you'll get a group that couldn't give a care about you. Overall, a decent place.
Sandwich was prepared very sloppy and messy. My bun was soggy. Whataburger has a reputation to protect. This is unacceptable.

My patty melt was old and dry. I didn't take it back because I was in Lufkin working and didn't feel like complaining . Normally the food there is good . Maybe the cook was having a bad day.
