You simply have a picture of your order that has no add ons no extra sides or drinks. How they gonna casually change your order to a combo when that wasn't requested.

I usually order my food through the app and pick it up to take home. I rated the atmosphere 4 of 5, because there isn't much room to wait for your ordecher check your order to make sure it is correct. Take out order wait time has greatly improved from previous dates I have picked up. Always check your order!!! (I usually get a large order) I always check my order before leaving as there have been a few times things were missing. Once it was simply some of the ranch dressing I order and other times it has been wings that were missing.

I ask for hot lemon pepper every time an end up just getting lemon pepper.. has me not even wanting to go back and I love there hot lemon pepper wings and tenders 🥺😭

Came in with my daughter and was greeted by the most unhappy cashier ever. As I asked questions she was rude and dismissive. When I asked for her name she said we don't give out personal information but it is on the receipt so ok. Won't be back for awhile because of how I was treated.

I called to make an order and they put me on hold. (It’s fine I can wait, no problem) 15 minutes go by and I hang up because I figure they must’ve forgot about me. So I call again and they hang up on me as soon as the line connects. I called again thinking it was by mistake and they hang up again. My husband decided to make the drive to go in and order in person instead. He asks for hot lemon.. girl at register (chunky with glasses) I think her name is Candy… says they can’t mix flavors which is crazy because we do this every time we go in. Anyway, my husband didn’t want to argue so he said give me lemon pepper flavor and a side of the original hot flavor. He gets rung up, pays, and waits. When he finally gets his order he checks it before leaving and the side of original hot is missing. He asks for it and she says he has to pay for it. Which he absolutely did because it shows up on our receipt. He tells her he had asked for it with the order when he paid and she rudely responds she didn’t hear him say that at all. We don’t mind minor inconveniences we understand food service and how it gets busy sometimes but customer service needs major help at this Lufkin location. They’re rude and they know it and no they don’t care. Manager needs to work on them asap.

Ordered my stuff to Go at the register. Waited 15 minutes. Asked for them to check on my order was told they’ll call my name when it’s ready after 30 minutes. I had to go to the counter and raise some came to get my food which has been sitting on the bar the entire time getting cold. The inside of the restaurant feels greasy.
