Stopped on way back home to LV. Had preordered meat to be frozen and ready to go.
All was packaged but not frozen. Had to stop in Seguin for dry ice. Had lunch before we
left Luling. Brisket wonderful! Sides were great. Sausage not like it used to be...not smoky
and not a little greasy anymore....
Delicious, expensive but worth every penny.
