The food is excellent. Homemade chili for the hot dogs and burgers. Homemade desserts. My little nephew's grilled cheese looked gourmet with Texas toast and multiple kinds of cheese. The owner is very nice and patient when none of us could decide what to order. Very accommodating to dietary restrictions as well.
Vegetarian options: They have a salad.
Dietary restrictions: They have no problem making any of the hot dogs or burgers without a bun.

Cool atmosphere, classic coke stuff and awesome older music. Root beer and coke floats. Awesome hotdogs and chicken salad stuff. A few sandwiches also.

Passing through on my way to San Antonio, and was not feeling BBQ. So, I stopped in to go to the pub next door to Uncle Wiggly's. But, the curb appeal and promise of a good dog lured me in. DID NOT DISAPPOINT! What an excellent lunch for under $10 (which is basically impossible these days) of A dog with home friends and endless iced tea! Sign me up. The first dog was so good (Bandstand) that I had a 2nd (Hi Ho Silver). Can't pick a favorite. Very charming place, excellent service and the added bonus of having wifi so that I can get some work done (and write this review). Thank you Uncle Wiggly's!!!

My husband and I both ordered Great Balls of Fire burgers and house fries. The burgers were some of the best we have had. The meat patties were hand formed and the quality was excellent, not fatty and no gristle!! I highly recommend!!
