Large call in order for a gathering yesterday was a complete disappointment. I requested thin sliced brisket and chopped. What I received was very thick sliced with a great percentage of chunks of fat in both the sliced and chopped.
This is not the good barbecue I have purchased here over the years.
the meat is so tender and seasoned great!
