Walked in an hour before they closed and, was initially ignored for a couple of minutes while the three little boys behind the ice cream counter had a full blown conversation. I get wanting to chit chat but, it gets really awkward after about 20 seconds of standing and staring while they talk. They continued to converse while mixing the toppings after taking our order which, wouldn’t be a big deal If they weren’t talking about wanting to get done with closing, discussing with each other how they threaten to bite people, and the cherry on top was them talking about “tweaking” in front of my 5 year old daughter. Unprofessional to say the least. Also, there might’ve been one clean table in the whole place. We took pictures. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

1 star for ice cream. Its good but the people are rude. Every single one of them. I won't be back. I didnt pay $40 to be treated like trash. Never again.

today, my family and i came here after eating dinner. and when we walked inside the tables had stains of ice cream on them. but thats not the point, there was a young lady there working in the ice cream section, and she had blonde hair. she was just really rude in general .. rolling her eyes and everything, and she gave me and my grandma our ice creams and only half the cup had ice cream in it.. very disappointing. probably will not be going again..

This is the masterpiece from Marble Slab Creamery! Ordered a large, and I think it could have fit in the small cup! Very disorganized, and the establishment was not clean!
Thanks for ruining my wife's birthday by not making the ice cream cake that I called days in advance for.

For a new establishment, you'd think the customer service would be great, but not here. With the sighing when I asked questions and the rushing to get me out when there were no customers behind me, just left me with no want to come back, on top of the expensive prices.
