I just got the worst shake that I have ever tasted from there. EVERY ounce of chocolate syrup was at the bottom of the cup. I tried stirring it the best that I could, but I eventually had to pour it out after the 3rd sip of straight syrup. I called to let them know that they may need to retrain whoever made it. place is garbage. takes 30min just to get drinks. watched them carry the drinks to the wrong vehicle more than once. half the menu screens don't work. it's like this every time. worse than silsbee sonic
