I have to say, this Subway has to be the best I ever been to. Megan waited on us and she was very good at her job. She took 3 orders at the same time and didn't forget any instructions. Food and atmosphere were excellent.
Stopped in for lunch around 1pm today. The lady worker was short and not friendly. Refused to cut up protein bowl ingredients which makes it difficult to eat. She stated she has been told not to cut things up. Cooler has been down, according to her, for some time, asked her for a water and she appeared put out that she would have to go ab extra 10 feet to the back room for it. Poor service, not recommended.
The *No Bready Bowls* or *Protein Bowls* are perfect to fill you up while sticking to the low carb keto diet. I'm down 32lbs and still going strong. At this rate I'll be 250lbs by May or June and I haven't been that good of a weight in 20 years. All in all a great experience with food quality and very friendly staff.
