While the food is usually good, there have been occasional issues with stale fries when ordering late at night. One customer experienced multiple problems with a mobile order, leading to missing items and cold food upon arrival home. The manager tried to rectify the situation, but there were delays and missteps in the service. Despite the efforts of the young manager, it was observed that some employees lacked direction or motivation to improve the overall efficiency of the store. While this may have been an isolated incident, the experience left a negative impression due to the high prices and cold food.
