“I went to DQ in Lumberton last night. My order took a little longer than expected. The manager noticed me waiting to the side and came to check on me. I gave her my receipt and she was upset I had been waiting 30 minutes. She immediately went to the back and checked on my order. The order was brought out hot and fresh and let’s just say she made it right. Everyone was working hard and sometimes things just happen. Lumberton DQ rocks. I’ll be back. Great customer service every time.“

“My family had Chicken Express for dinner last night. I ordered inside, a family meal to feed everyone in our house, and we were not disappointed! The chicken tenders were large, hot, and fresh, the rolls were amazing (they always are!), the sides were great, and the sweet tea was on point. Great, friendly customer service from Matt and Lucas. Thank you Chicken Express! We will visit again!! Also, if you are a teacher, bring your ID for a discount!“

“I've been visiting the local Taco Bell regularly, and I have to say, their service is consistently excellent! The staff is always friendly and efficient, making sure my order is accurate every time. “wendys is always good. however this location doesn't live up to the "Hot and Crispy Fries Everytime". My fries were cold and soggy. Burger was great though.“

“I ordered a pizza and wings for about $40. Many of the wings were missing. I was advised by the delivery driver who made no attempt to issue me a refund or issue a substitute or replacement. I need a manager to call me at 832-330-3076. I will call your home office if I don’t receive a response today. Terrible experience!“

“I was working late on the road and ended up being one of those customers that walk in 15 minutes to closing time. I really hate doing that and apologized to the workers. The guy just laughed and told me they were open and was ready to make my sandwich!“

“This place usually has good food. I only say usually because it's rare, but sometimes (since I always order late night) I get stale fries. Everything else is great. It's impossible to get always get fresh fries, and it's understandable if it does happen. In fact, I doubt majority of my visits were less than stellar. I do feel bad for doing 4 stars on the food though.“
