“I went to DQ in Lumberton last night. My order took a little longer than expected. The manager noticed me waiting to the side and came to check on me. I gave her my receipt and she was upset I had been waiting 30 minutes. She immediately went to the back and checked on my order. The order was brought out hot and fresh and let’s just say she made it right. Everyone was working hard and sometimes things just happen. Lumberton DQ rocks. I’ll be back. Great customer service every time.“

“My family had Chicken Express for dinner last night. I ordered inside, a family meal to feed everyone in our house, and we were not disappointed! The chicken tenders were large, hot, and fresh, the rolls were amazing (they always are!), the sides were great, and the sweet tea was on point. Great, friendly customer service from Matt and Lucas. Thank you Chicken Express! We will visit again!! Also, if you are a teacher, bring your ID for a discount!“

“I just have to brag on the sweetest lady working at the McDonald’s in Lumberton. Her name is Lilly & like the flower is beautiful inside and out. She has the most joyful, jolly spirit, and she absolutely made my whole day. From the moment you walk in, she’s smiling, cheerful, hustling like nobody’s business, and wishing everyone a Merry Christmas with so much genuine warmth you can’t help but smile back.
