Horrible customer service don't bother trying to use the app. You'll have to wait in line. Same thing happened twice at the gun Barrel location. Don't think I'll be going to Subway around here again.

Got a BLT toasted the bacon wasn’t toasted enough asked for a little extra mayo when I got home and opened it the amount of mayo was ridiculous had to wipe it off my sandwich and it was still overwhelming. The lettuce looked like it had been sitting too long it was turning brown.

A worker named Caleb was making our food and he constantly pulled his pants up and wiped his hands on his clothes with gloves on!! And he had open wounds on his arms with fresh blood. I will NEVER be back!

Guys acted like they could care less, trashcans all overflowing and full drink machine half working. Sale ended and they all dissappear can't get anyone to come back to the front door even a straw. Like I get it is a FF resturant but damn guys.

I would give zero stars if possible. This is the second time we have done a mobile order and waited until the time it said it would be ready and we get there and it’s another 30-45 mins. We weren’t told until we got to the store that they were out of a certain bread when all 3 sandwiches were the same bread so nothing had even been started. The app needs updated where this information can be provided or the store needs to make a call. Also, after sitting for over 45 mins for them to get to our order and make it because they were so behind on mobile orders, a man walks in and waits for maybe two minutes and got upset and told them could they just go ahead and make his because he had an hour and 15 minute drive home while we sat there at the table and watched him walk out. We will never be back to this location. A bag of chips was offered for the inconvenience but I also overheard the worker standing back complaining on how they couldn’t take any more orders because he couldn’t handle it.

I gave it 4 stars because they were out of a lot of things. A woman was ordering in front of me and was so rude to the employee. She was upset because he sneezed in his elbow and didn't wash his hands.

Anyways the employee was very respectful and went and washed his hands. But the lady wouldn't let it go and felt the need to tell anyone who walked into the restaurant. I felt really bad for the guy.

The place seems clean. The employees seem nice but they are a little slow sometimes.

I am giving overall 2 stars. The store is a mess. Floor is dirty trash everywhere. Also many dirty tables like as if they had a stampede.

We went to get subway at this location due to another being out of meatballs. The girl was very nice and explained how long it would take to make more meatballs and told us they had them but they needed to be warmed up. It was very apparent that she just did not want to warm any more up even though they closed at 10:00pm and we did not arrive until 8:15-8:20. Unacceptable. This location has always been the worst as far as customer service goes but I have never had someone "not want to do their job". It appears that this location needs a lot more training.

Store needs serious help. Only white bread (stale) and flatbread available on a wed at lunchtime. Mng accused staff loudly of not making bread last night. Staff dazed and confused and stepping all over each other. Worst sub ever!
