We went to get subway at this location due to another being out of meatballs. The girl was very nice and explained how long it would take to make more meatballs and told us they had them but they needed to be warmed up. It was very apparent that she just did not want to warm any more up even though they closed at 10:00pm and we did not arrive until 8:15-8:20. Unacceptable. This location has always been the worst as far as customer service goes but I have never had someone "not want to do their job". It appears that this location needs a lot more training.

Store needs serious help. Only white bread (stale) and flatbread available on a wed at lunchtime. Mng accused staff loudly of not making bread last night. Staff dazed and confused and stepping all over each other. Worst sub ever!

We placed an order online. We waited to leave our house about ten minutes and it still took them over thirty minutes to make two sandwiches while sitting in the drive through. The service is like this every time we come here. Looks like we are going to start going to Subway in gun barrel. Highly suggest not coming to this Subway.

Ordered on the way home from work for pick up , got home and both sandwiches had the wrong bread, barely toasted, barely any meat on a turkey sandwich. Not to mention there was no one actually working there to talk to or even get a drink. The person sitting at the table looked like a customer the whole situation was off putting.

I ordered my food on the app and I always check before I leave to make sure it’s right but I swear to you there was like 4 pieces of meat a pinch of pickle, a pinch of olives, and a piece of hair that was short and black ( my hair is blonde and long ) I appreciate that it was remade but i shouldn’t have to come in to have it remade it should have been made right in the first place absolutely disgusting and sad the hair part was when I said hell no it’s going back inside 🤮🤮

Nathan O was an amazing help after our experience at the gun barrel store refusing to make our order correctly. We showed up about an hour before close (something I hate doing as a former food service worker, employees are ready to clean and go home at this point) Nathan was ready and willing to make sure the counter was well stocked for our order regardless. I appreciate good customer service more than anything. This will be our store from now on

I ordered the outlaw was going great till the guy decided my sandwich needed to be swimming in Baja chipotle sauce and then wouldn’t fix it. Horrible service from the man the other two members on shift were great.

Every time I order from this subway they are out of something on my order, cups so you can’t get fountain drinks, bread, wraps , cookies. Then they don’t want to refund you, they want you to pick something else of equal or lesser value. I use the app to order because the service is so slow, so that way they get a 45 min head start so my order is ready when I get there. Many times it is not, because they were out of something. They say we tried to call, but the number that comes over your phone from them is not subway so not answered because it looks like a spam call. The kiddos working are nice enough, but seem not to have any authority to make things right with your order.

Came from another subway wasn't happy with the experience, these guys were great! The acknowledged everyone that entered with a smile. They were a little backed up but kept letting us know they were sorry and were working as fast as they could. Very refreshing and the food was fresh and good

Sandwich bread was hard as though it had been sitting out, way too much mayo and lettuce tasted old. The young lady was in such a hurry she had to bring up our coupon without the drink because the machine was broke. BAD experience!
