Yessss!!! 100% gluten free food truck. First of all, the owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. But to the important stuff - the food is 10/10. Delicious, crispy seasoned fries with amazing sauces (the spicy mayo is bombbb), the fried alligator bites were perfectly breaded and crunchy, boudin ball was amaze, and he says no one ever orders them but the chicken tacos were so good as well! Tried this truck for the first time today at The Mabank Food Truck Yard and me and my husband shared an alligator tail basket and it was SO delicious! Super nice and friendly customer service as well! Definitely will eat here again the next time we are in the area!
Amazing and friendly customer service. The food was great, especially the squealers and jambalaya balls. Definitely my new favorite place to be eat.
