Great food. I didn’t get the lady name but she was very friendly! Definitely coming back!
Yessss!!! 100% gluten free food truck. First of all, the owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. But to the important stuff - the food is 10/10. Delicious, crispy seasoned fries with amazing sauces (the spicy mayo is bombbb), the fried alligator bites were perfectly breaded and crunchy, boudin ball was amaze, and he says no one ever orders them but the chicken tacos were so good as well!
