I love this place. They recently increased their prices but it's still cheaper than most places and food. Great location, and they're open late. I usually get the mini tacos. I've tried their strawberries with cream and wasn't a fan, but that may just be due to my preference.
The late night eats scene in San Antonio is already limited, so it's places like Tacos El Regio that carry the torch for folks looking for a bite in the middle of the night. There are two locations in the city, with this one smack dab in the heart of St. Mary's where they serve a nightly crowd of club goers and folks looking to avoid a hangover. Came down to San Antonio from Austin for the weekend and stopped by this food truck for lunch! Me and my friends got the vegetarian tacos and the chicken tacos. They were nice and flavorful- especially with the green salsa! The service was good and it was around a 10 minute wait for the tacos. They raised the prices since the last time I came but they are still cheaper than a lot of places in Austin!
