I’m so happy to have found this location! Not only is it less than 5 minutes from my house, but the food is amazing, the staff is so friendly and helpful, and the prices are affordable! Five stars across the board!!!

This place is awesome! Meal prep finally done right. The variety and the flavor make it so much easier to stay on a lifestyle of healthier eating and the staff are always so helpful. All made in their kitchen and it’s fresh. Makes a huge difference. Can’t go wrong, plus my kids love it!
I’ve seen this place a million times, and just never stopped in. Now that I go the gym literally right down the street (Texas Iron Republic), there’s no excuse to not stop by! The staff are SUPER friendly and helpful. Food is immaculate, and the concept is awesome in itself. I’ve meal prepped for a number of years and this is just SUPER convenient when you don’t feel like cooking. The prices are more than fair, and I’d say it’s cheaper than most places to eat around here, period. I love that they have macros on every single product, which makes tracking easy. 1000/10 recommend if you’ve ever thought about stopping by!! I’ve personally had the Chick’n Scramble, Chicken salad wrap, lemon peppered turkey, and the tomatillo chicken enchiladas (literally AH-MAZING and probably my favorite). Thank y’all for making my busy life easier! <3

This was my first time in the store I had no idea what I needed for my body type or where to begin. Zay went above & beyond with helping me find out which meals would be best for me & actually calculated how many calories, protein, carbs and fat I need in a day. He was extremely helpful, amazing service & delicious food!

My husband and I have been customers of Balanced Foods since they opened. We consistently purchase our breakfast and lunches there each week. Over the past 6+ months, the portion sizes have been off by 80-100 grams per serving and there is no consistency between meals. We have taken into account the 30gram weight of the packaging when calculating the weight of the meal.This has been brought to management's attention numerous times. When you have customers who manage their nutrition through macros, this is significant.Get it together Balanced, this is really disappointing.

Okay so this food is amazing, all I have for a picture is me hehe the happy customer, and a big thumbs up!! Customer service is wonderful here. My favorite is the egg scramble and chocolate protein pancakes. For lunch, the stuffed peppers and I love the salad chicken wrap!! I'd rather spend my time and money on investing in my health, than putting more sugar, fat, and grease into my body from fast foods!!I love this place and will return again and again because the food is truly balanced here!!

I stop by here for meals off and on when I get tired of week after week of meal prepping. The food is always totally delicious, portioned appropriately, fresh, and offers a wonderful selection! The service is constantly friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend! I just indulged in the chicken salad salad and it was scrumptious! I always try to grab something new each time I stop by and this was it for todays trip!
