I absolutely adore this place! 🐻❤️
The drinks are fantastic, and there's such a wonderful variety of flavors to choose from. Plus, the staff is super friendly and professional, which makes the whole experience even better!

Delicious and in the past years they consistently deliver good products. Many boba tea places are inconsistent, and you never know how something will taste. Our family likes the passion fruit black or green tea, house boba, green macha, white chocolate smoothie, and several others

What? why was the coffee so bad? This is the worst location I’ve ever seen never coming back!

We’ve been here a few times and usually just get a cream Boba tea. Unfortunately this time I wanted a coffee which was a mistake because it was awful. I also ordered double Boba on it and it doesn’t even seem like they did the usual amount for single Boba.It taste like they just put some syrup and coffee in a cup I definitely wouldn’t call it a caramel macchiato. We sat at the drive-through for 15 minutes waiting on these drinks too

I am a big fan of Bubble tea. We came here before about a year ago, because it isn't the closest to us, and it was good. However, today, it was very watered down. All 3 drinks we had, from tea to smoothies, tasted watered down.

Always a good place for a little
pick me up drink! One of the
workers recommended me a drink and it’s been my go to every time now! Everyone is always friendly and the drinks are great

I got the Thai Sunset and it was okay. I have had much better boba. It was not fresh and way too sweet. It had no depth of flavor and tasted artificial.

I don't usually complain or leave reviews, but I feel like I have to. I am a big fan of both Boba and Vietnamese coffee. I ordered the Vietnamese coffee, and it tasted horrible. It just tasted like dirty water with tapioca pearls. I brought it back and asked for a brown sugar boba, it being just milk and syrup it is a hard drink to mess up. The service people were nice and fixed it. The service people did a great job. The replacement drink was also horrible. It tastes like milk and whipped cream. Wasted $8 and ended up going to a different Boba shop all together. The service people are not to blame. It is not their fault they have bad products to work with.

Update after reply: Thank you for the reply, the trainee was amazing and had great customer service skills. Please do not blame her for not getting the training resources she needs.

ordered their pina colada boba, which sounded amazing! i wanted to like it, but it was not good. the boba was so not fresh, stale, and chewy in a weird way. the liquid that settled at the bottom of my smoothie (likely from the boba) did not taste good. the smoothie itself was okay but not even worth the price in my opinion. i came to this place craving boba, and in the end couldn’t even finish it.
