Bao roll was not done at all and they made our drink and let it set for 10 minutes. All employees seemed to be lost as to how to do their job. Worst experience ever! Took 20 min. For one drink and a not done roll.

We've been faithful Feng Sha and Share Tea drinkers but decided to try Tea Bear. The staff was nice, but unfortunately, tea and boba were mid. Both lacked robust flavor, and they added too much milk to my milk tea. The other drink we ordered had a powdered texture to it, leaving it gritty. This place has potential, but it's not it. Save your money and go elsewhere.
I got the Thai Sunset extra sweet and it was made just right! My daughter loves the Mango Lava and Red bean steam buns. They have a great Black Friday deal on gift cards! I bought a $50 gift for my daughter for Christmas (for $25) and another one to give to her in May for her birthday because it’s such a great deal!! I am concerned as when I got home, the receipt for the gift card shows it was activated in April 2023, so I’m hoping it does not expire, there was no mention of an expiration date, but I’ll be sure to hang on to the receipt as to prove when I purchased it. Friendly and fast service as always!! I had the same girl that helped us 2 weeks ago in the drive thru, young with dark hair and a shirt that says Be Kind. She is always so sweet!

Not sure why this place is so high rated, the Thai tea taste like the kind you get from the cans/bottles and not freshly made. The boba are super squishy and texted and were falling apart like they were over cooked and have been sitting there awhile.

Went on a Monday evening and I managed to get my drink within a minute after ordering. Staff was attentive and nice. I ordered the Thai sunset drink and it tasted amazing compared to all the various boba drinks I’ve had before. The tea flavor was captivating, but not too strong. The boba was soft/lightly chewy. I love the design on the cups with the cute bears.
