Terrible service after my order. I said, thank you, no response back just a window shut. They weren't even busy.Let me point that out. On top of that, I said I didn't want any condiments, on my burger and extra cheese. The lady bluntly said, there's already cheese on it. Get home after paying $15 for a burger, drink, and fries Only thing on my burger is meat and bacon . Since when is lettuce, tomato and onion a condiment. Stick to McDonald's right across the street at least you can get 2 double cheeseburgers, a fry, a fish fillet sandwich and a drink for 16 dollars. And they don't screw it up, they know the difference between a condiment and veggies.

We placed an order through the mobile app—three Whoppers and a side of onion rings, plus extra onion rings added to one of the burgers. Simple enough, right?
We arrived to pick up the order, and the employee casually tells us they’re out of onion rings. Okay… so can I get a refund for that part? Nope. “You’ll have to call Burger King customer service.” Seriously? I’m standing right here, being handed an incomplete order, and now I have to jump through hoops just to get my money back. That’s exactly what we were trying to avoid—extra hassle. We chose BK tonight to make dinner easier because we were short on time. Instead, it became a whole ordeal.
To make matters worse, we had to swing by Whataburger just to get the onion rings we originally wanted. Then we get home and—surprise—the Whoppers are all wrong. Not one of them was made correctly. What’s ironic is that I used to work at Burger King as a teenager. I know how these burgers are supposed to be made. This wasn’t just a slip-up—it was pure carelessness.
We keep giving this location the benefit of the doubt, hoping it’ll improve. But every single time, they let us down.

Usually burger king gets a 5 star by me, but I just need to say...the wait time from placing order to receiving the food here is utterly horrible and always has been. I don't know why it takes 10+ minutes to receive a regular ole hamburger with Noone in line before me other than having to kill the cow before cooking it, but it's ridiculous and management should definitely correct this.
