I love coming here food hot and fresh and I always come to drive thru and always see my favorite person Marie Thank you !!! Always smiling making me laugh always making my day I tell her to come back to School District Magnolia we need her to work at the cafeteria we both laugh about but I tell her I need you she says no I’m with Bk for a long time and I like it here we laugh but Bk you have a good worker she likes what she does take care of her customer Thank you Marie see Monday and everyday!!Kid-friendliness: Is great love it

I went through the drive thru and ordered a burger,fries and a drink.I pulled up to pay and observed a white female in her late 20s with a beer gut bigger than most guys and every other word out of her mouth was the F word. She had peirceings on her face and looked dirty.She gave me only 1/2 of my order then closed the window. I sat there for 5 min and she opened the window and asked what I wanted, I said the rest of my order. She closed the window and retrieved the rest of my order. I asked for ketchup for my frys and she gave me the finger. I asked for her manager. A white female in her early 50s came to the window. She said her name was Stephanie or something like that and asked me what was wrong. I said I asked for ketchup and her employee gave me the finger and she didn't seem to care. So I asked for a receipt but they were unable to give me one . I got my money back and left.Go by and check it out, no lieHey Mr. Owner ever wonder why your restaurant has so many negative reviews ?This is her on break just after she picked her nose.

I don't live near this location, I was just passing through. I've been to many burger kings. I don't know what happened to this location but they all need to be replaced or they need a new manager. The food tastes like it has been sitting all day. The fries were nasty and old. What happened to making food as it's ordered?

I visited burger kings store this evening about 8:30 pm. Ordered 3 orders for 2 jr whoppers for 5 dollars and a large order of fries. pulled up to the window and paied with a credit card and got no receipt ,asked the young women at the window what time the dinning area closed and she said she did not know ??? Before I got home I got a fry and they were cold as were the 4 burgers in the bag, she got the order wrong,without any more comments I have been dining at bk's around houston metro area for a few decades, I intend to complain to higher manangment tomorrow,,,whoppers and fries should ALWAYS be served HOT. BTW I took the food back, left it on their counter and will dispute the charges.

Ordered a fruit punch. Got a spriteOrdered a whopper with only lettuce pickle and onion no condiments, got a burger with no pickles and ketchup.Got a free reward for a bacon burger, got the smallest plain burger i ever seen. And yeah, no bacon on it.Oh yeah . No straws for the drinks as well.
Many bad reviews but I've never had a problem. Employees are always super high, therefore they are always so friendly and jovial. I don't partake in that myself but I gotta say their cheerful attitudes really make it a pleasant experience lol. My orders have always been accurate and my food fresh. That's what it's all about right?

The is the worst Burger King I have ever eaten at , my burger was so cold the cheese wouldn’t melt , my son went to the store that built in next to it so warm his up in the microwave, because they took so long the first time .

Wish i could give it a zero but it does not have the option. Made an online order since it said it closes at 11pm. I arrived for pick up at 10:10 and everything was shut down. Will never place an order here again. What a shame wasting my time to drive there.

Place on order for pick up on the app. App said they close at 11. Showed up at 10:15 to pick up food and they were closed or seemed to be. If you are going to close early don’t let online orders process. When we pulled around there were even two workers sitting in the lobby in the dark. Now I have to wait for a refund to process through the app. Definitely will not be ordering from here again
