When did the price of chicken jump to this level, 25 pc. Tenders an order of a 6 pc. Liver with 2 little sides and 6 hard biscuits over $75. (No drinks) Wasn’t that long ago it was 30% less, getting crazy.

I have always been a fan of chicken express but this location is awful. It has progressively declined. Stopped in on 12/22/24, it was not busy. Management has not kept the inside tidy. It is in need of a good cleaning. Tables had not been cleaned. My potatoes were thin, discolored, and a bit off in taste. My livers, which aren’t cooked until you order, were barely luke warm, so they weren’t fresh. I was charged for 12 but only ordered 6. No one knew how to refund the overage without totally canceling the order so I was given 4 tenders to compensate. Their price increase is extreme! A meal with 7 tenders is now $17!!!!! That is ridiculous!!! I will find a different location in the future. This one in need of a complete overhaul!

The chicken strips were dry and I believe they had been under a heat lamp or something. The person at the window sounded nice but his actions were rude. The person at the window yanked the money out of my hand, flinging a quarter, and then shoved the bag of food at me rudely. The order came out very quickly and the dry tenders had definitely been done for quite some time.

Bought a 16 mixed piece family meal with mashed potato's, cole slaw, corn nuggets, baskets and a side of pickle slices at the Magnolia, TX location. Had to wait since they were down to one chicken fryer. While waiting I looked around the resturant and noticed black stuff hanging from the a/c return grill and that several tables were dirty with food crumbs. Got home a found that there wasn't any gravy. The corn nuggets had a big box with only 12 nuggets. But the worst thing was the pickle slices had an extremely spicy coating and no one could eat them. All of the sides came with the normal coating so I expected the pickles to be the same. I tried calling several times but no one answered
Anyone who sells a 32 oz. sweat tea for $0.50 cents in 2024 gets an automatic 5 star review from me!

Absolutely sad experience, been eating here for a long time. Dude who is taking orders inside is very unprofessional and not polite at all, the rolls are dry and not warm, also not very buttery, they completely messed up our order, had two sides of fries and a roll for a 7 piece and we also ordered a family box of rolls, got the 6 rolls in the family box and the chicken but no fries or roll with the meal. Very disappointed in service, this place used to be awesome and we would eat here all the time but it's gone down hill and become trashy... Also the seasonings buckets are nearly empty, no honey or spicy serendipity seasoning. Had to ask front for both.

We've been going here for years. I don't know what's happened, but it has fallen way off. 30 mins for a drive-thru order. Forgetting part of orders. Skimpy servings. Hopefully, Chik fil A will come in soon because this is ridiculous. Get it together, guys!
