First time we had chicken express and was thoroughly impressed. Food was easy to order the wait wasn’t long and the cashier checked to make sure we had everything before handing us our food. Definitely a place to return to.

I ordered the 10 piece meal deal. The chicken was good except 2 piece's of chicken were raw. The mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans and rolls were great. Will visit / purchase again however next time I will check the doneness of chicken before I leave.

Stopped in for lunch on the way through to Anderson and was greeted with a smile. Service was quick and easy. They did accidentally pass out my part of the order in the drive thru but corrected the mistake by bringing me extra. That's what customer service is all about. Going above and beyond to make a customer happy. Keep up the great work and plan on stopping by on the next trip. 👏

I always wondered about Chicken Express and never knew anyone that had been there before. I love the potatoes and rolls and the chicken is really good for fast food. Almost forgot, the fried okra is the bomb. The employees at this location are always amazing. They keep the line moving and are as friendly as can be. My go to for fried chicken in the Magnolia area.

When did the price of chicken jump to this level, 25 pc. Tenders an order of a 6 pc. Liver with 2 little sides and 6 hard biscuits over $75. (No drinks) Wasn’t that long ago it was 30% less, getting crazy.

I have always been a fan of chicken express but this location is awful. It has progressively declined. Stopped in on 12/22/24, it was not busy. Management has not kept the inside tidy. It is in need of a good cleaning. Tables had not been cleaned. My potatoes were thin, discolored, and a bit off in taste. My livers, which aren’t cooked until you order, were barely luke warm, so they weren’t fresh. I was charged for 12 but only ordered 6. No one knew how to refund the overage without totally canceling the order so I was given 4 tenders to compensate. Their price increase is extreme! A meal with 7 tenders is now $17!!!!! That is ridiculous!!! I will find a different location in the future. This one in need of a complete overhaul!
