Foods good but they are crazy unorganized. They mixed up three peoples orders while I was there. I ordered 20 minutes ahead online and they hadn’t even started on my order. Waited another 20 minutes.
Went through the drive thru last night on the 17th and the lady on the headset was very nice and understanding and the two boys at the window helped me get the sauce I needed fantastic service as usual at the chicken express looking forward for my next visit!
The quality of the food varies with each visit. You may get freshly fried chicken one visit or heat lamp warm chicken the next visit.
I recently visited again and the instant mashed potatoes were horrible. Like they weren’t mixed properly. Some of the chicken had burn marks on the back side of the skin.
