I love 5 Guys but the price has gone completely off the deep end. $20 for little burger, little fries and a small drink?!? Probably my last time, that's just stupid pricing.

My husband I were looking for an above par burger and we sure got it today! The service was excellent! The burgers were perfect & made exactly as we ordered them. We went with the smallest fry possible and we literally dumped out a HUGE portion of perfectly crisp French fries! They were prepared fresh and super fast. This was a great after church lunch and superior service and great burgers!

The burgers are not greasy at all, the toppings are very tasty too, it's cool they give a lot of fries. The employees were nice and the service was very fast. The price was good too :)

The floor were greasy and I almost fell trying to take my grandson to the bathroom. I spoke to a female employee in a black shirt. I asked to talk to a manager. She told me there were none at this location. I said o.k. The greasy floor were all of them. I could skate across the floor in tennis shoes. I was leaving the restroom for second time and approached by another employee in a black shirt. He informed that he was an assistant manager. I told him what had happened. The employee told me that the female in the black was also an assistant manager. So be careful going there.

I usually receive an amazing burger. Not sure what happened yesterday. It was not busy. My burger was extremely greasy which made my bread soggy with in less than 15 minutes smh. I did not have any wet condiments on it. I got my burger went to the petsmart parking lot to eat right quick. Then I discovered a soggy bread after 3 bites. There should be no reason of this in a matter of less than 12 minutes. I’ve purchased burgers before from 5guys & the bread never gets soggy. Same exact order.

Prices are outrageous for what you get. Wrapped burger goes in a sack, then over-salted fries are dumped on top, leaving you to have to dig the burger out. Small order of fries is enough for 3 people, i threw most of mine away. I last went to 5 Guys ~15 years ago, and remembered too late why I hadn't been back in all that time. I will never return.
