Food hit the spot, but the place was a mess. Looks like there was a food fight in here. Tables messy and floor hadn't been swept in who knows. Bathrooms were atrocious. Out of fries and tots, ketchup dispenser out.

Customer service here is excellent. Was greeted when we came in. Was asked if we were doing OK and how is the food. Was thanked when we left. Restaurant was kept pretty clean. Food quality was decent. Not the best burgers ive ever had. But still pretty good.

Feels like I'm in Mexico with someone trying to sell me jewelry while I'm eating lunch. No one is stopping this person from going table to table.

The food is yummy, but the fries are annoying to eat. They are too thin and mostly bits and pieces, not full fries. Makes it very hard to dip them.

The young lady taking our order was so sweet and respectful; fast order and the manager stepped over to check on our satisfaction. Very pleased with our experience!

I don't like giving not so great reviews but honesty is the best policy. The dining area was messy with the tables not wiped off and drinks spilled in the floor. The milk that was used for my son's milkshake looked like it had been sitting out at room temperature for much longer than it should have been. We weren't offered any of the dipping sauces. The food was alright. For this being the second location I've eaten at I'd say the atmosphere between the 2 locations was very different.

Well ok , its a real shame qhen ya make an order and you dont get what tou ask for thr prome rib burger was very overloaded with onion and No steak on it what so ever and my order was missingabsolutely disapointing thats twice i have given yhis lovation and there will not be a 3rd my order was miss8ng 4 other items!

I am rewriting my review from a few years ago when I only used the drive through. I have become a true Fred Head and use the app like crazy. The service here is great! The staff takes good care of my orders and allergy needs. The food is always yummy!
The drive-thru takes longer than most when you order there but it's because they are making your order right then and it will be fresh.

I ordered two all-beef hot dogs and Freddy’s fries. The order taker seemed completely disinterested—never asked if I wanted anything on my hot dogs and barely acknowledged me. When I got to the window, he didn’t say a word, just reached for my credit card, scanned it, handed it back, and shut the window without a single “thank you.”

While waiting for my food, I could clearly see the kitchen staff goofing off—one employee was pulling a female coworker’s hair in a slow, suggestive manner, right in plain view of everyone. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch.

When I finally received my order, I only got one hot dog—and it was completely plain.

Overall, it seems like this location is being run by a group of teenagers with little regard for customer service or professionalism. This reflects poorly on leadership and on the company’s core values. Considering the busy shopping center and the higher expectations of customers in this area, I genuinely expected better from this location.

The custard is top tier. The burgers the last few times I've gotten them are so salty you can not eat them. Never again!! I even requested they leave the salt off.

Just placed an order through Uber Eats. Everything was wrong. Quart was suppose to be chocolate, it was a blend. Pint was suppose to be vanilla, it was chocolate. Ordered 3 sandwiches 1 vanilla and 2 chocolate, received ALL chocolate. Nothing was correct!!!
