No complaints. Food is good for a fast food place and service is exceptional. Also, for anyone who would rather order in Spanish, no problem at any JITB. This really is a pretty decent place.

This location ripped me off on the jack app and said I waited to long and couldn't find my order. I can't find the order number on the app cause it won't show previous orders.

Stopped by to pick up dinner and when I got home and started eating my breakfast jack i really the was a 6 inch long hair and I wasn't able to finish eating because I was disgusted.

Stopped here for small bite and grabbed some tiny tacos. They were covered in grease, which i enjoyed. Service was quick and friendly and food was good. 1.99 for 5 mini tacos was very reasonable. Gonna try something else here before departure from Houston.

Food is good, staff not so much. Rude ar drive-thru. Even though mobile order was placed ahead, it took much longer than anticipated, being the only customers there.
Reposting 1 star rating until Corporate issues apology and corrective steps taken concerning their very unprofessional manager(owner?) named Mike.
Manager Mike was first rude, then argumentative, and finally verbally abusive over the drive thru comms. So I left. When called in to complain, Mike answered and said if I had a problem, take my business elsewhere . So I did

Only positive about the Old Magnolia Jack in the Box is that, unlike most other drive thru places in town, they are usually fast.
Just a note, Jack in the Box as a chain seems to have been on a long downward trajectory since 2 years before they stopped making their Egg Nog Holiday Shakes.
Great food. I got a bacon ultimate and damn did it take me back. Everything was hot and fresh even though I was the only customer there. Impressive.

Have to becareful with this place. Had to get them to remake my food. Saw them making my food without gloves on. That is not sanitary at all. This place ppl still making ppls food not wearing gloves. 6/28/24
