Service was good, got home and my son's burger has mold on the bun. Tried to call to let them know but no answer. I called twice.

The service was questionable the cashier spoke very little English couldn't understand each other had to get help just to place order the weather was very cold outside the restaurant was extremely cold inside had to go get coats just to stay warm enough to eat then we ask took our food outside and ate in our work which was warmer but still good food

Got a bacon ultimate cheeseburger with 8pc nuggets and curly fries from here last night. Woke up at 6am this morning with food poisoning. First time in my life! Jack in the box should be shut down. Across the entire nation. Garbage food.

This location ripped me off on the jack app and said I waited to long and couldn't find my order. I can't find the order number on the app cause it won't show previous orders.

Stopped by to pick up dinner and when I got home and started eating my breakfast jack i really the was a 6 inch long hair and I wasn't able to finish eating because I was disgusted.

Stopped here for small bite and grabbed some tiny tacos. They were covered in grease, which i enjoyed. Service was quick and friendly and food was good. 1.99 for 5 mini tacos was very reasonable. Gonna try something else here before departure from Houston.
