I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Jack in the Box location. I’ve been a regular customer for months, coming every Tuesday and Friday and ordering the exact same items. Last Tuesday, I was overcharged and didn’t even receive my hash brown.

When I returned to address the issue, I asked to speak with a manager. They refused to come out and instead sent an employee back and forth. I was told nothing could be done because I didn’t have a receipt even though this location rarely gives receipts. I did have screenshots from my bank account showing my usual charge of $9.93, but that was still not accepted.

The front staff even know who I am since I regularly come through the drive-through with my little dog. As a loyal, consistent customer, this was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Very poor customer service and I expected much better from a place I visit so often.

The Hispanic women working 1/5/26 need to find another job. Who do you think you are to argue with a customer and complain when you mess up their food. Two of them came to the window trying to argue that I didn’t request no mayo on my pregnant wife’s chicken sandwich that hates mayo. The audacity. Don’t like your job find a better one. I was nice about the whole deal until they wanted to argue. Management needs to do something about their night shift. Day shift is always pleasant here.

Every single time I come here they are either closing 30 minutes early, out of something because they’re constantly trying to get out of there early, from a business standpoint if I was the owner, I would spend a little bit more time here and see what your employees are doing to cost you money. Cause they are hemorrhaging you money. Whataburger is getting my money tonight.

We love Jack in the Box! Can't beat the tacos when trying to get the most bang for your buck! The dining area could have used some attention and tables needed cleaning. Besides that great visit.

this is the 2nd time i ordered food and received no receipt.. they said they would bring it out with my food to the car.. and they didn't , not only did i not get the receipt but they shortened me a burger !!! with ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS .. CORPORATE NEEDS TO FIND BETTER PEOPLE TO RUN THIS LOCATION !!!! I WILL GET A RECIPT NEXT TIME ,,, PLUS THERE WAS NO ONE WAITING BEHIND ME AND THEY HAD ME PULL UP TO THE WAIT HERE SIGN.. WHY , SO YOU CAN SPIT IN MY FOOD? ......... HORRIBLE PEOPLE

Google shows this location open until midnight, but when we arrived at 11:30pm almost everything we tried to order was ‘unavailable.’ Staff said they were closing in 10 minutes and clearly didn’t want to serve customers. If you close earlier, update your hours
