This is a fairly new establishment so you have to patient while they are training. However, the staff was very polite and I didn't see any food safety issues(I worked in restaurant for 10 years) so I'll be back!

Only review I have ever written, and sadly it is for negative reasons. Me and my wife just sat down and waited for our online order while we watched another 10 or so online pickups do the same. Waited nearly an hour and many customers in line just left after a while. The climax was when one of the employees got into a bit of a screaming match with a lady that had been waiting for an hour just to be told all her sandwiches couldn’t be made with the bread she requested because it was still frozen. All in all it was an entertaining experience and I’ll definitely be back just for the hell of it!

Shop was empty when we walked in so we were greeted immediately, we placed mobile orders that came out about 10 minutes later. The tables were all quite dirty but food was good. For my first time there, I thought it was pretty decent.

Everyone is so nice here and they work so hard to feed everyone. Everytime I walk in, they greet me with a warm “welcome in!” There’s nothing bad I can say about this place. The food is good, the workers are so helpful when I ask questions about a particular sandwich when I wanna try something different. I love Jersey Mike’s and I always have the best experience when I come in for a sandwich.

Ordered at 12:33 on the app and just got handed my order at 1:27. Didn’t even bother giving me the drinks, chips or the kids cookies. Lady at the register handing out food had an attitude with everyone. Shut this place down if this is how you’re going and it just opened. Will never come here again unless they change staff and atmosphere. The sandwiches taste amazing though.

Food was excellent but there was only 1 clean table. Floors were messy, food on the table and chairs not put in. There were 7 people working but no one to taking care of the dining area. Didn’t seem like there was anyone running the show. I’ll come again but hopefully it’ll be claiming and give it another try.

This new location in Magnolia is doing a great job! I went in today and it was full of customers. I only waited 5-6 minutes total until I was out the door with my sandwich. Always fresh and tasty…I love it! Keep up the good work Jersey Mikes Subs!
