This jersey Mikes is awesome! Don't listen to the negative reviews.... This place is one of the best Jersey Mikes I have been to. And that says a lot because they usually are really good. The service was excellent, everything was clean, and food was prepared perfectly. If you like Jersey Mikes, this place won't disappoint. And if you are looking for a good sandwich shop, highly recommend this place!

Came here on Sunday to get some sandwhiches for my family, walked in and the lady told me that it was gonna be a while because they were making a catering order. Okay no problem so I waited about 10 minutes then proceeded to ask how much longer will it take and she said she still had a bunch to make so it would be awhile. Okay I understand that, but what is don't understand is how she couldn't pause what she was doing to take care of the customers in front of her. I work food service and even If I have a catering order I would pause to take care of the customers in front of me. It's not that hard. If she knew she had a catering order there should've been other people to help out with that or to take care of the customers coming inside to order food. Really shows peoples priorities in this business.

Just had a terrible experience at this location. Have been to many other busy locations on Sundays and never had such an encounter with employees. Ordered online and showed up after the 15 min. time given. Arrived to find order was no where near ready…. Which wasn’t the issue, it was clear they were struggling. The issue was watching people come in and out through the line and kept being told our order was in the line. Finally asked if we could just order through the line and were told no. That it was our choice to order online. And next time should wait an hour to show up when they are busy(would have done that if that info was given when ordering instead of told 15 min). Tried to talk to employees about this flaw in the system and they did not seem to be sympathetic to our frustration. The slicer then yelled at us from across the store that she had been slicing for 4 hours and made it very clear that we were inconveniencing her. Then kept on making comments about us, not in a polite way. The employees clearly need additional training.

Sammie's are good after long wait times in the evening . Your employees are giving free Sammie's away to their friends! The place is filthy. The glass between the counter looks like it's never been cleaned and behind the counter looks like it never gets swept during the day. I've walked out twice and I never ever do that. Why, as a new business, do you not have an "Adult" MOD at night ? Your employees pretend to ring their friends up! I've been going down to the next closest location lately until you get your stuff together. Sorry

This place was running fast and efficiently when they first opened and the trainers were still there. Lately it takes way too long! Also they keep running out of rosemary parm bread not even that close to closing, happened multiple nights last week. Today I tried ordering on the app and they hadn't even started the order (two sandwiches) until about ten mins past the pick up time. It wasn't busy at all either. Really hoping they can get a strong manager for each shift and / or more training. Sandwiches are great when things run smoothly.

This sammi was perfectly made, as well as the others we ordered from the new store in Magnolia. We will definitely order from them again. My hubby was running late, so I called the store to let them know. The young man on the phone was very polite and understanding. Thank you all for great service and great food!
