Tyler was just opening the store on this particular Sunday, and he was very friendly and accommodating. It is nice to see someone who values good service and is genuine in their interactions with their customers. You have a great employee in Tyler - give him a raise!!

I specifically order from this place because THEIR delivery is fast. Now they keep pushing all their Togo orders through Uber eats WHICH I PURPOSELY DO NOT USE! Now the orders take over an hour every time and Jimmy John’s can’t tell you where the food is at. This is so unprofessional and defeats the whole purpose of being “freaky fast”

I went for the first time and the people working there including the girl who took my order were not attentive and unprofessional. The girl was on her phone and had headphones on laughing and talking to someone on her phone while taking my order. The two guys who made our order took forever and the whole time had their own conversation. They are young and unprofessional.

Great sandwiches. All of the orders we received were great and I’ll be back. Only suggestion is check every item in the bags if you order pick up. One item was missing but everything else was great.
