I’m leaving a review about the customer service. I just picked up two sandwiches and the two girls working today at 3pm were so extremely rude. I literally couldn’t even get a normal turkey sandwich toasted and I’m not sure why, but I would have 100% just walked out of the store if I didn’t already paid because of how rude these girls were the manager needs to fire them or watch video camera of how they treated me and some other customers when they came in a lady was picking up DoorDash and the two girls completely ignored her and rolled her eyes when she asked if this was an order that she was picking up. I should have not gave this place a penny based off the level experience I had

Our office had an awesome experience with Jimmy John’s! The service was lightning fast — perfect for a busy workday. They even stopped by our office with cards for a free chips and drink with the purchase of an original sandwich, and of course we used them all right away.
The sandwiches were fresh, the bread was soft but sturdy, and the portions were huge. Everyone in the office was happy (which never happens when we order lunch as a group). The vibe is cool and cozy, and the team is super friendly. Jimmy John’s is definitely on our go-to lunch list now

Ordered to pick up and the two sandwiches’ toppings were mixed up. Both sandwiches barely had meat. We just had a newborn and had family pick it up for us. It’s frustrating that this location has to be watched in the line to make a good sandwich and not be taken for our money.

This place is super clean with fast and friendly service. Today I came inside… i mostly order for pick up. The two young Spanish ladies working there were very professional the restaurant was clean, previous times where i have eaten inside the cashier was not as attentive as these two lovely ladies. They were just very nice we need more employees like that!! I really appreciate their attention to details. Keep up the great work and if you want a great sandwich, try this one.

1 how do you get rid of Jimmy's mustard ?! Like that sucks. Cashiers not friendly had a pissed off look like they don't want to be here, no customer service at all.
Don’t get me wrong, I love myself Jimmy Johns and I think the staff is exceptional here, but I can’t get over the fact that some employees are closing 30 minutes to an hour early the last 4 times I’ve visited at 8 o clock. I don’t know how managers haven’t cracked down on this but I’m finally writing a review. I would not recommend wasting any time coming to this Jimmy John’s if it’s 8 o clock and you haven’t left already.
