I went for the first time and the people working there including the girl who took my order were not attentive and unprofessional. The girl was on her phone and had headphones on laughing and talking to someone on her phone while taking my order. The two guys who made our order took forever and the whole time had their own conversation. They are young and unprofessional.

Just walked out from this location. The employees were not very friendly. The food was not much better. The sandwich bread was hard with very little tuna. My mother heard one of the employees cursing. I was shocked and extremely disappointed to hear an employee making fun of someone that just called to ask about an employment opportunity. They made fun of the person's stutter when they hung up the phone and had a laugh with the other employees. I cannot imagine wanting to apply somewhere and having them completely disrespect me before I even work there. I'm sure the employees will make fun of this post, but I will never return to this location.

Whoa arrived @ 6:30 PM an was told they are out of bread(place closes at 10PM) (this is a sandwich establishment) ; Only option @ the moment is a wrap or kids sandwich. Got one of each as we are starving. I'm confused at this point...Here's the kids sandwich for my dad.

Great sandwiches. All of the orders we received were great and I’ll be back. Only suggestion is check every item in the bags if you order pick up. One item was missing but everything else was great.

Ordered three sandwiches this evening from Jimmy John's on 1488. Ordered them online like I have many times in the past. Picked them up and took them home. We unwrapped them and got ready to eat and the bread was rock hard. Had to peel the hard bread off the bottom in order to be able to eat them. I reached out to the store to let them know we were not happy with our sandwiches and I was told there's really nothing we can do because if we remake your sandwiches it'll be the same hard bread. Seriously! This was from the stores GM. Poor poor customer service. We will not be going back. Guess we will be Jersey Mike's supporters now!! Ridiculous response to a customer service issue. There's $35 down the drain.

I was having a rough day and they helped me take my order over the phone and brought it to my car because I had a sick toddler. I didn't realize it but I didn't order enough food for the event we had so they helped me figure out how much more to order and got it out quickly for me.The GM is super caring. My son wouldn't drink water but thankfully I happened to have the powerade from y'all that helped him take fluids. I had tried Jimmy Johns several years ago, but wanted to see if my opinion had changed. So I went back and gave them another try. Now, this location is good, staff was friendly, the place was clean, the food was ready fast. The issue I had was not site specific. What I found was that my original opinion remained--I simply don't like their sandwich.Full disclosure here...I am a vegetarian. I've always been one my whole life. So my opinion only applies to what vegetarian options any particular place offers. In Jimmy John's case, there is only one option, and it is pathetic. Seriously. My rating would be less, but I know people like their other sandwiches, and I am not here to damage anyone's business, but will provide honest reviews of what I find.I'm sure their business model is to only have a token offering for those not eating meat, but maybe it would be worth their effort and attention to be more competitive in that segment. There is another sandwich shop that has quite a number of options and each is absolutely delicious, so I know it can be done.But maybe it just is what it is and will always remain so. Until that changes, I'll be making other choices for my lunch.
