The most worst KFC ever! Rude manager. They don't have all items on menu. This was a second time chance and they were still the same as 1st time. Never again! Health department will be called. It needs to be shut down.

If I could give zero stars I would, to start off we waited 15 minutes just for a $20 combo, and when we got the food, the gravy container was not fully on and spilled all over my car, not to mention we also didn't get the large fry we paid for, the chicken was not fully cooked and some were even rock hard. I DO NOT recommend this place they need to get better service and their manager didn't even let us get a refund or anything they just closed the widow in our face and said they don't take refunds nor did we even get a receipt to get a refund, this was over a $40 order as well.

Cold stale food rude employees and out dated restraunt! Waited 45 minutes inside for our order,still wasn't ready and no other customers were there. Asked for a refund and the lady at the register yelled at me NO REFUNDS!!

Made an online order and called to let them know I’d be a few minutes late picking it up and asked them to wait to put the fries in when I arrived so I wouldn’t have soggy fries under a heat lamp and they said no they won’t do it because they already made it and weren’t going to replace the fries already in the bag. Insanely disrespectful and lacking in any desire or effort to at least provide fresh food for ordering. They also didn’t have any syrup in the Dr pepper so we paid for carbonated water and they’re offering things on the menu they said they don’t even have. For the love of God fix your crap!! Find a whole other staff because no one cares to do their job at all

Gloria working drive through was VERY rude. Waited out front for 40 minutes for my order. Chicken taste like it was cooked yesterday and kept under a lamp all night. This place needs new management BADLY. Or new ownership. If you don’t like your job, go work somewhere else. Ridiculous.
Why don't they close this place and start all over? I have never tasted the original recipe chicken here when I order it. 4 times I have given them a chance and hoping they get it right. Disappointed each time. I have a better chance of making my own. 50 herb and spices?
Ordered a meal through the drive-thru chicken strips were nasty! Soggy for some reason! Absolutely unedible through them away. The rest of the meal was okay for fast food.
