Ordered a big family dinner, husband picks up gets home and we are missing two chicken tender boxes and a gravy, call them to tell them and that my daughter was o. He way back with the receipt, he says ok, ask for the manager when she gets here, she gets there at 9.20 and they are closed even though supposed to be open till 10. Doors locked, nobody coming to drive thru window. Every time I have gone to this location the wait is awful even though I order ahead. Never have the regular but tons of extra crispy if I don’t want to wait, normally I wouldn’t complain but when 2 people don’t get there meals that is a big problem

I jumped online to specifically leave a negative review for this location, and after reading so many one-star and two-star reviews, I realize there’s no point! Clearly management KNOWS and just doesn’t care. So…maybe a letter to corporate is better. Bottom line - don’t expect this location to survive with so many great places being built in the area. As the reviews suggest, this place needs help - new management/staff.

Ordered on door dash at 4:30 on a Sunday. The driver arrives quickly and calls me to tell me that they are out of chicken. Was agreed to wait the extra 20-25 minutes for them to make more thinking at least we get fresh food. We received our food at 6:15pm and it looks like last weeks chicken. The breading is soft and soggy. The meat looks dark even the breast and it obvious they have not changed the grease since the Regan administration. Absolutely terrible. We spent $50 dollars, waited 2 hours and threw it all in the trash. Disgusting

we buy the same thing every time and they overcharged us by $20! i went in to complain and even showed them on the app they overcharged us. i was told too bad that’s our prices and if you don’t like it go else where! well we will from now on! they did the same thing to my son a few weeks ago and did not give him his change. He went in to find out why and they called the cops on my son. the police said my son was right but that it’s a civil matter and left. Called corporate and lodged a formal complaint on this location! Not sure how this location stays in business based on the number of complaints i’ve read in the last 24 hours!!

The 2 pc taste of KFC was a good value and tasted well. The workers were friendly. We had to wait for biscuits when we came to pick up our order, but they gave us the option to wait or replace it with something else.
Me and my boyfriend stopped here about 2-3 hours ago. First off not only could we NOT hear the drive thru worker so it was hard to order. Second when we got to the window she told us the order and then the total and I stated “that price sounds way too much” my boyfriend paid anyways. Then they asked us to pull forward when no one was even behind us. We pull forward and wait a couple minutes for the food. We get home and my boyfriend literally opens his mashed potatoes and found a black hair in them AFTER he mixed them up? and his mac n cheese was dryer than the Sonora desert. Please do better and treat the customers better

Ordered pick up. Went 10 min later and o ly three employees working. Spent more time talking than preparing orders. Terrible service. Started ro prepare order when I arrived and took 10 more minutes. There were no other customers.
