Hello been here since January, and at first had two ladies that knew what they were doing but the ladies for the past 2 months have no idea what they are doing and the manager always jumps in to help and they are not that busy. Please look into this place to coach this nice ladies how to run Taco company. I’m from Laredo and go to this tacos all the time but here they are not making Laredo taco justice. Hope they get help soon. Thanks.

Was in the mood for barbacoa tacos so I stopped in ordered 4 barbacoa tacos for me and wifey. Drove home and noticed the paper bag was soaked in grease. Took a bite, the barbacoa had some hard clusters like if it was old and over cooked. The flour tortillas had raw spots. Never ever will I go back or recommend. Oh, I didn’t see not one Mexican in that kitchen, it’s makes sense now that I think about that awful food quality.

I was prejudice about this Laredo Taco inside 7-Eleven BEFORE I ate here. Then I ate here one morning for breakfast tacos… the food was HOT, the food was NOT all old. The food was fresh, it looked fresh. The food tasted SURPRISINGLY good. The food was way better than I imagined. The male employee that helped me with my food was patient, informative, helpful, and fast. I’ll DEFINITELY be coming back… I did actually and it was an AMAZING experience again.

Wow not much to say but the new person in charge in the restaurant side is rude . And doesn't seem to know what he is doing . He expects his workers to do for the customers when he is right there and could have taken my order . Has no customer service and he looks at you like you owe him something. I'm sorry for his workers and whoever put him in charge . He needs customer service skills and treat ppl better . I refuse to come back as for my food it was trash and undercooked . When I told him he just shook his shoulders and blamed his workers. Disgusting lead position attitude. He must be new at manager because he don’t know anything of what to do has his workers doing everything while he rolling messed up tortillas.

The food is dried out and the tortillas leave a gritty texture I. Your mouth . The women named Brandi that works there is awful . And is rude and has a foul mouth . . I've heard her talk to several customers inappropriately. I like that store but will never eat there again and would no recommend there food to anyone .

The is hands down the best Laredo taco company. Carmen who works the front counter knows the names of all her regulars and makes my morning special every morning. The others inside the service station are always friendly and this place is the reason I have a good morning every morning.

Order 2 dozen tacos for Saturday morning, Richard called my cell at 6:37 am, advising order was ready for 7:00 am pickup. That is great customer service when the provider calls before the required time to insure you will have no issues. Outstanding
