I ordered 2 pizzas online last night. When I went to the drive thru to pick it up, the young lady advised me that they had mistakenly given my pizza to the person in front of me who just drove away. She said that they would have to make new pizzas for me and that it would take a few minutes so I waited. The young lady from the window eventually got in her car and drove away. A few minutes later, Andrew came to the window and said that it would be $21.60. I said to him, "You gave my pizza away, didn't even offer me some free bread sticks, a soda or anything and now you think I owe you money. It was an online order. I already paid." Andrew says to me that the names were similar. Still no apology. I asked to speak to a manager and he said that he was the manager. That's unfortunate. Andrew needs some customer service training. I love Marco's. We eat there several times a month but I won't be going back to that location.

We always come to this Marcos Pizza, and we always leave happy in every aspect. From the moment we walk in, the person serving us is always incredibly friendly and attentive. We were greeted with a smile, and the order was taken immediately. We didn't have to wait long for the pizza to be brought to us, he offered to bring it to our car while we were waiting which was very nice. Our pizzas were perfect with flavors, crispy dough and fresh ingredients. We will definitely return, since in addition to the speed and friendliness, the flavor is unmatched. Highly recommended!”

Well my truck broke down in the perfect spot for my son! He saw the smile and the pizza sign which was all it took! The manager saw the distress and offered kindness by putting a smile on my kiddos face! Very thankful for him and the delicious cheese pizza which was perfectly cooked with the right amount of sauce & fresh as could be! Try this place out, thank me later!

Terrible service, just stupid people on the phone I just call them because I place my order online and got charge on my credit card but didn’t receive the confirmation or receipt from them by text msj or e-mail. And this guy just jeep telling me they don't have any order placed and because he is the manager there no one to talk with to solve about the charge on my credit card and that I have to call tomorrow morning and see if the person on charge can see the order. And refuse to said his name.

I don’t understand why these people are not wearing gloves when preparing food for the public. The young lady went from touching the phone straight to pressing her nasty hands down into the dough to make a pizza. Very unsanitary! Customer service also needs some work!

These guys didn't disappoint! My first Marco's pizza was 10 months ago in Holladay, Utah. I gave them a five star review, as well!! And oh my!!! A drive-thru? The dough is so delicious and the homemade sauce is good, too. Overall, I'd say give them a try! One thing I think could be improved is the Greek salad. I would've preferred Greek olives and I had to use my own dressing because the Greek vinaigrette was too bold for my liking. The salads were very cold and fresh!!
