Ordered delivery. Tracker showed pizza as delivered. When I called, they said they had one driver. That was after an hour of waiting. They said the driver wouldn’t be back for another 15 minutes, so I said I would just come get it and asked if they’d refund the delivery fee and tip, since I’d be picking it up. They said yes. I arrived only to be told they couldn’t refund it and had already put credit in my account. When I got home there was no credit in my account and I am furious. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save your time and your money. And stay away.

Ordered 3 pizzas and wings. Took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive. Pizza was not hot and was greasy and chewy like it was under a heat lamp the whole time. Called the store and the girl who answered seemed annoyed, said they only had one driver, and went silent after that. I said well okay., Thanks a lot then. Very disappointing. Gave 2 stars because we’ve had good pizza from this location in the past.
Pizza is always perfect! Coming back if im in the area.

Ordered 3 pizzas and garlic bread @ 5:41pm … was told it would deliver in 30 minutes. At 6:34 pm I called to check status and was told the order was “about to go in the oven.” (!) The person on the phone said “yeah, we are really short staffed” … Usually Marcos is ok, but really should tell people if you are running 60-90 minutes behind! Bummer of an experience.

Ok to be honest not really great atmosphere because like they’re kind of built into a gas station but 90% of the time the employees are really nice. I think they might be like one employee that’s not super nice. The food is GREAT! Love it. My favorite is the cauliflower crust pepperoni pizza. 🗿🗿

Best Marcos and possibly best chain pizza I’ve had. They do not short you on toppings and cheese. Very courteous staff.

Wonderful people and food
Ordered pickup for my daughter’s party and the gentleman on the phone was soooo nice, and friendly! 10/10 service
Only reason I ordered the pizza was because my child decorated the box. Think that’s a pretty good idea. However, was not a fam of the pizza.
My family and I have been very pleased with Marco's and feel that they offer much better pizza and value than the other chain stores in the area. While they do not deliver to our neighborhood, it is worth the drive to their location and the service is quick when the order is called ahead. Great job, Marco's!
I ordered family sized salads and 6" subs. Delivery was missing a whole salad and the extra dressings I paid for. The other salads were only half filled at best and the sandwiches were incredibly skimpy on filling. I know the economy sucks right now, but I expect to get the amount of food I pay for. An individual size salad put into a family size container is unfair to the customer. If you need to raise your prices, do that and let people decide if they can afford the bigger salad. But don't have them pay for the large "family" salad and then send them enough salad for maybe 1 person.
