Rude manager on Sunday morning June 30, 2024. There was an issue with our app order. Instead of solving the problem, he rudely told us to “get out of the line.” After we reordered and paid for our food, we asked to speak to him and he never apologized nor did he give us his name. This uneducated and uncouth individual has no clue about customer service. Boycott the 18630 FM 1488 McDonalds in Magnolia, TX as they have no clue about how to treat paying customers.

I didn’t order flies with my meal!!!
Was in the 6 piece nuggets!
