The food is edible; it's McDonalds. Chicken sandwiches are usually dry. It's always busy. They used to always mess up something on my order but they've gotten better. Ordered curbside and it took longer than going to the drive-through. I put the order through too early too. Still the cheapest place to eat, especially if you have the app and it decides to work.

I tried paying some cash & the rest card for my order. Drive thru lady told me ok. Never told me they couldn't do it that way. She took my $7 and my card but charged me all on my card and kept the cash. I had to walk in with my receipt and posted transaction for proof. Lovely employee.

Customer service is horrible. The practically threw the bags through drive thru and closed the window. I was missing an item so I had to wait until she looked up again. Then I told her 3 times I was missing something before she got irritated with me for raising my voice so she could hear me. Gave me the open bag, no napkins and not even folded like it used to be and then closed the window again. Aug 24 11am.

Extremely slow for no reason and it wasn’t even busy… I ordered a sweet tea and I didn’t even have but like three cubes of ice in it and it was hot when the guy gave me my food. He opened the window and handed it to me and closed it so fast I didn’t even have time to ask for ketchup, so I sat there for a second and no one came back so I just left overall about what you can expect

This McDonald's is one of the worst ones in the Magnolia area and it just keeps getting worse. They never can get your order correct, I ask before I leave the drive-thru if the sauces are in the bag. They always say yes, but of course we get home and they are never in the bag or the nugget happy meal. You have to double check your bag before you even pull away since it's too difficult for the employees to make sure everything is in the bag that was ordered. Fries are always over cooked and filled half full no matter what size you order, there is a couple of women who work drive-thru who are so rude and bland that I'm not sure what boss would even allow them to deal with customers and yet here they are. We started driving to the new location by HEB because at least everything is correct and the employees are nice and actually like their job. Management needs to do a clean sweep and start all over.

Honestly, not the best I heard the back and they were very noisy and not doing much I ordered something on the machines and my food still wasn't ready all I ordered was a spicy chicken sandwich nothing else

Never got our food. My husband went in to get a sandwich, paid, and then the worker refused to give him his order stating that he never ordered anything. Our bank statement clearly states we were charged and so did the confirmation on the screen. Completely ridiculous.
